WHAT WE BLAST
We specialise in small to mid-sized parts. Everything must fit inside our blasting cabinet. Automotive components, brackets, hardware, and similar items are ideal.
SHIP & BLAST
Can’t make it to us in person? No worries, send your parts to RotherBlast by post. We’ll professionally blast, restore, and prep them, then securely package and return them to you.
PRECISE RESTORATION
Ideal for precise restoration, our sandblasting removes rust, paint, and build-up leaving a clean, uniform surface ready for coating or further work.
Services
At RotherBlast, we specialize in professional sandblasting for a wide variety of parts — from engine and motorcycle components to general automotive hardware. If it fits in our cabinet, we can blast it. In addition to sandblasting, we offer a comprehensive range of services, including ultrasonic carburettor cleaning, powder coating, and custom fabrication of gates and railings.
Preparation Before Sandblasting
Before sandblasting, items should be clean, dry, and free from oil, grease, or loose parts. Mask off any areas that shouldn't be blasted. Proper prep ensures a smooth, effective finish and protects both the item and equipment.
